Strategic Team Review Assessment and Action Tool (STRAT) – Health Care
In this section, two different teams of health care leaders applied the Strategic Team Review and Action Tool (STRAT) outlined in Hughes, Colarelli-Beatty and Dinwoodie’s, Becoming a Strategic Leader (pp. 285-302). Both teams had four people. Both teams represent unique national and international identities. The first team represented three different originating countries; China, India, and Pakistan. The second team represents leaders with national and international identities from Canada, India, Jordan and the Philippines. The personal and corporate discoveries of both teams are also as unique as the leaders and geographical locations represented.
The teams produced team names. The first team calling themselves the Caretakers. The second team identified as Health Angels. Leaders created the following reports to discover, develop and review the average team ratings, which appear in the following chapters.
