Strategic Team Review Assessment and Action Tool (STRAT) – Education
In this section, two different teams of educational leaders applied the Strategic Team Review and Action Tool (STRAT) outlined in Hughes, Colarelli-Beatty and Dinwoodie’s, Becoming a Strategic Leader (pp. 285-302). One educational team had three members, the other four. Both represented unique national and international identities. The first team was entirely Canadian, with the second team representing Canada, China and Paraguay. The personal and corporate discoveries of these two teams were as unique as the people and geographical locations represented.
The teams produced unique team names. The first team calling themselves as Change Makers. The second team identified their team as the Extraordinary Educators. Each team of leaders created the following reports to discover, develop and review average team ratings, which appear in the following chapters.
